After the outcome is recorded, the Cancellation section shows amounts, refunded days, refund method, and notes. The customer refund can differ from the original policy amount, and a cancellation described as Full does not guarantee a refund of the full amount paid. Four refund methods are possible.

The customer refund can differ from the original policy amount, because the provider may approve only part of the coverage and applicable fees may affect the result.
A cancellation described as Full does not, by itself, guarantee a refund of the full amount paid.
Use the recorded customer refund amount and customer refund method as the result.
