How to withdraw a cancellation request

Withdraw request is available while a cancellation request is Requested or Waiting on client. Withdrawal ends the request and leaves the policy active; it does not cancel the policy. After the request reaches the provider, contact Edvisor instead.

You can select Withdraw request while the request is Requested or Waiting on client. Read and confirm the withdrawal dialog.

What withdrawal does

Withdrawal ends that request and leaves the policy active. Withdrawing a request does not cancel the policy.

If you later need to cancel, you can submit a new eligible request.

After the request reaches the provider

Once the request has been submitted to the provider, self-service withdrawal is no longer available. Contact Edvisor if the student's plans change.

If the booking has amendments

A withdrawn amendment request does not count toward the requirement that every issued amendment has a cancellation request before the base policy can be cancelled.
