How to manage insurance bookings

Insurance Bookings: Bookings > Insurance. Tracks all insurance purchases. Statuses: Processing > Confirmed (downloadable policy + email to share with student) or Cancelled or Amendment. Click booking for net/gross prices, amendment option. Filter by Student/Policy/Status.
The Insurance Bookings section tracks all insurance purchases made through Edvisor.
How to access
Edvisor > Bookings > Insurance.
What you'll see
Booking statuses
Once Confirmed, the agency can download the policy and the insurance operations team emails the booking details to share with the student.
Click a booking
Opens the full booking view, including:
- Net price and gross price.
- Amendment request option.
- Complete booking details.
Filters
Filter the list by:
- Student.
- Policy.
- Status.
Click the tabs at the top to apply.
