What is a 'Sale' on Edvisor

Sales on Edvisor represent the crucial step between sending a quote and the commencement of the student's trip.

Sales on Edvisor bridge the gap between sending a quote and the start of the student’s trip.

Once a student accepts a quote, the “Sales” section enables you to manage all aspects of the trip preparations directly on the platform. This includes: tracking purchases, handling documentation and payments, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth journey.

Sales

Once you create a sale on Edvisor, you’ll gain access to a comprehensive Sale Profile.

This ‘sale profile,’ which will always be accessible from the sales section of the platform, and allows you to:

  • See the trip overview: You can access a detailed overview of the student’s trip. This includes all the purchased items such as accommodation, courses, fees, and additional services.
  • Handle Files: You can effortlessly upload, share, and receive documents necessary for program and visa applications.
  •  Beta  Handle Payments: Within the Sales profile you can request, receive and track payments from students for their selected programs or services.

Your “Sales” are fully synced with the Student Portal, allowing seamless collaboration between you and the student.
