Learn how to track and request payments from the Sales section of your Edvisor account.
You can track and request your student's payments from the 'Sales' section of your Edvisor account.
🔹 Click on 'Sales' from the left side menu of the platform and open an existing sale.
From the 'sale profile' you can monitor all pending and confirmed payments, the total amount due, the amount paid, and the outstanding balance.
You can also request payments that will appear in the student's portal.
Hot to request a Payment
When opening a sale, you'll find two payment buttons:

Manually Add Payment: This option allows you to enter a payment that has already been made. You'll need to specify the payment amount and the date it was processed. This information will then be displayed in both the Sale and the Student Portal.

Request a Payment: Use this option to immediately request a new payment from the student.
ℹ️ For both options, you can request the full amount or divide the payment into several installments.
Each payment will be deducted from the total balance owed.
How do students see your payment request: Email Notifications
If you clicked 'Request Payment' the student will instantly receive an email notification asking them to complete their payment.
They simply need to click on the 'Proceed to pay' button within the email.
This action opens a payment link, powered by our EdWallet technology, where they can pay the specified amount through bank transfer, credit or debit card.
How students view your payment request: Student Portal
The student can also access your payment request and/or the different installments through their personal Student Portal.
By clicking on 'Payments,' users will access their payment area, where they can view all pending payments and submit each one.

ℹ️ All the funds from the payments made through any of the Edvisor sales features will be collected in your EdWallet account.
