How to edit the application form

Edit application form: Configuration > Application Form. Configure with video tutorial. Always click Preview before going live to see what agencies will fill out. Support: info@edvisor.io.
The application form determines what student information agencies submit when applying through Edvisor.
How to access
Configuration > Application Form in the left navigation bar.
Form sections
The application form is organized into sections. Each section can be enabled, disabled, or marked as required:
- Personal information. Name, date of birth, gender, nationality, passport details.
- Contact details. Email, phone, current address.
- Emergency contact. Name, relationship, contact info.
- Education history. Previous schools, qualifications, language certifications.
- Program preferences. Program type, start date, duration, accommodation.
- Health and special requirements. Medical conditions, dietary needs, accessibility.
- Document upload. Passport copy, language certificates, financial proof.
- Custom questions. School-specific questions added via the form editor.
Field configuration
For each field, choose:
- Visibility. Show or hide the field on the form.
- Required vs optional. Mark fields that must be completed before submission.
- Default value. Pre-fill where applicable.
Custom fields
Add school-specific questions:
- Click Add field in the relevant section.
- Choose field type (text, dropdown, checkbox, file upload, date).
- Set the question label and help text.
- Mark required if needed.
- Save.
Preview before going live
Before activating, click Preview application form to see exactly what agencies will fill out. Test with each program type if the form varies by program.
