How to configure application notifications

Application notifications (Settings → Personal → Notifications): enable per user. New 'Receive unassigned application notifications (Direct Sales)' toggle to mute notifications for unassigned applications. Three combinable Customize filters (nationality, agency, campus). Configured per user.

Get email notifications for new applications and customize them with filters.

Enable notifications

In Settings → Personal → Notifications, make sure the application notification options are selected. Deselect an option to stop receiving those notifications.

Unassigned applications

Use Receive unassigned application notifications (Direct Sales) to control notifications for applications that aren't assigned to anyone. Uncheck it if you don't want to be notified about unassigned applications, while still being notified about applications assigned to you or your team.

Available filters

Open Customize next to the new-application option. Three filter types, all combinable:

• By student nationality. Only notify for students from specific countries.
• By agency. Only notify for applications from specific agencies.
• By campus. Only notify for applications to specific campuses (multi-campus schools only).

Combining filters

Filters are not exclusive. Combine all three for very targeted notifications.

Example. A user could receive notifications only for new students from Brazil sent by Edvisor Test Agency to the Test School Vancouver campus.

Per-user setting

Notifications are configured per user. Each team member sets their own options and filters.
