Understanding the Bookings (Schools) section

Bookings > Schools: tracks all student applications. Columns: ID, student name, preferred name, status, school, nationality, last updated, sent indicators. Status tabs: All, Draft, Pending, Processing, Accepted/Declined, LoA Issued. Search by name or ID, filter by school/counselor.
Manage and track all student applications.
How to access
Bookings > Schools in the left side menu.
Columns shown
Status tabs
- All. Every application.
- Draft. Created but not yet sent.
- Pending. Sent but not yet processed by school.
- Processing. School is processing.
- Accepted/Declined. School's decision.
- LoA Issued. Letter of Acceptance has been issued.
Find a specific application
- Status tabs. Filter by current status.
- Filters. By school or counselor.
- Search bar. By student name or application ID.
