How to download a registration form (PDF)

Download registration form PDF: Bookings > Schools > open app > 3-dots icon (top right) > Print > save as PDF. Use for off-platform school submission, external archiving, in-person use.

Download a registration form for an application as a PDF.

Steps

  1. Go to Bookings > Schools.
  2. Open the application by clicking it.
  3. Click the 3-dots icon in the upper right.
  4. Select Print.
  5. Save the document as a PDF file.

When to use

  • Sending the registration form to the school via channels other than Edvisor.
  • Archiving completed applications externally.
  • Using a printed copy in-person.
