How to send an application to a school

Send application: Quotes > open quote > selected option > Start Application > confirm program/accommodation/services + upload docs > Send. Auto-pre-fills student data. Track in Bookings. Status: Pending > Processing > Accepted/Declined > LoA Issued. Edit anytime via app profile, notify school.
Submit a complete application to the school's Edvisor system after the student accepts a quote option.
Prerequisite
The student has accepted an option in a quote. The Start Application button only appears after acceptance.
Steps
- Go to Edvisor > Quotes and open the quote.
- Make sure the student's preferred option is selected.
- Hover over the selected option > Start Application.
- Complete application info:
- Click Send to submit.
What happens after sending
- Application sent directly to school's Edvisor system.
- School's applications team processes it.
- Real-time status updates flow back.
Pre-filled data
Student information from the Edvisor profile auto-populates the enrollment form. Saves time and reduces typos.
Track the application
After sending, click Track Application or go to Bookings to monitor status.

From the application profile, edit student info, application details, or add chat messages. Notify the school of changes.
