When you create Unterkunft, you fill in the standard details plus some fields that are unique to Unterkunft. These describe the room, the meals, and the checkout rules.

Warum es wichtig ist

• Agents and students see exactly what the Unterkunft offers.
• The checkout rule makes sure the Daten and prices work out correctly.

Die Felder

• Type — the kind of Unterkunft: Homestay, Residence, Hotel, Dormitory, Apartment, or Hostel.
• Room Type — Shared or Private.
• Bathroom Type — Shared or Private.
• Meal Plan — No meals, or 1, 2, or 3 meals a day.
• Weekly Checkout Date Rule — sets which day the Unterkunft week ends. Choose either the same day as check-in, or one day early.

Tipps und häufige Probleme

• Set the Meal Plan even if it is "NEIN meals", so students know what to expect.
• The Weekly Checkout Date Rule affects how the length of stay is counted, so pick the one that matches how the provider bills.
