How to create custom accommodation

Custom accommodation: Products > Accommodations > +New Accommodation. Set name, types (room/bathroom/meal), location, photos. Pricing: Simple/Flexible Duration/Fixed Duration. Optional internal notes, default language, translations. Use Include by default for repeat use.

Accommodation in quotes can come from the school OR from custom providers the agency creates.

How to create

  1. Go to Products > Accommodations in the right side menu.
  2. Click + New Accommodation.
  3. Enter:
  4. Save — more options now become available.
  5. Add photos.
  6. Set pricing.

Pricing types

  • Simple. Fixed rate regardless of duration. Example: $200/week for any duration.
  • Flexible Duration. Different prices by duration tier. Example: $200/week for 1-4 weeks, $175/week for 5+ weeks.
  • Fixed Duration. Set price for a specific duration. Example: $2,000 for a 4-week stay.

Optional fields

  • Internal notes (visible only to team members).
  • Default language.
  • Translations.

Default for all quotes

If the same accommodation appears in most quotes, check Include this by default on all quotes when creating it.
