How to Publish Your Programs (Schools)

Get your programs where thousands of agencies search and sell.

Adding Programs

  1. Go to your campus in Settings > Distribution
  2. Click Add Program
  3. Fill in program details:
  4. Set pricing (see below)
  5. Set availability (start dates, available periods)
  6. Toggle visibility to make it live

Once published, every agency connected to you can search, quote, and book this program with live pricing.

Pricing Options

Flexible duration — students choose any valid length (e.g., $100/week, 1–52 weeks). Common for language courses. Supports tiered pricing by duration.

Fixed duration — students choose from set options (e.g., 4 weeks for $400 or 8 weeks for $600). Common for Higher Education and training courses.

Price templates — create a pricing configuration once and apply it across multiple programs. When you update the template, all linked programs update automatically.

Fees

Attach fees to programs that apply automatically based on conditions — student nationality, age, visa type, booking date, study duration, and more. Fees can be one-time or recurring.

Promotions

Create promotions with eligibility rules (dates, nationalities, duration) to offer discounts to specific student groups.

Update pricing once — every connected agency sees the change instantly. No more emailing PDF price lists to hundreds of partners.
