How to create an accommodation

Create accommodation: Products & Add-ons > Accommodations > +Add. Set name, category, bedroom/bathroom type, meal plan, description, photos, durations, ages, dates. Pricing same options as courses. Toggle visibility when ready.

Accommodations are created from Products & Add-ons > Accommodations tab > + Add Products or Add-ons > Accommodation.

1. Basic settings

• Accommodation Name (shown to partner agencies).
• Accommodation Category.
• Bedroom type.
• Bathroom type.
• Meal plan offered.
• Description.

2. Additional settings

• Minimum and maximum duration.
• Minimum and maximum student age.
• Limit availability by date.

3. Photos

Upload photos of the accommodation. Strongly recommended so students see where they will live.

4. Pricing

Same three options as courses: Simple, Flexible, Fixed. See Course pricing options in Edvisor Distribute for details.

5. Fees

Add fees from existing list or create new. Same as course fees.

6. Start dates

Same options as courses: School Calendar, custom pattern, or manual.

7. Make it visible

Open Visibility in the top right and toggle on. The accommodation now appears to partner agencies.
