How to create other products
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Agencies can create their own private services and add-ons at the campuses of any school they're connected to — airport pickup, registration fees, custom meal plans, and similar. Products created this way are private to your team. Schools and other agencies cannot see them.
"Others" are extra products and services you can add to a proposal, such as airport pickup, registration fees, or meal plans. This article shows agencies how to create a private one for their own team.
What it is
As an agency, you can create your own services and add-ons to add to a proposal — an airport pickup, a registration fee, a meal plan, visa fee, and so on. These are private to your team.
There are two situations:
- Linked to a connected campus — the product belongs to a school already on Edvisor.
- Not linked — a service you arrange yourself, not tied to an Edvisor school.
Why it matters
- You can add your own services to any proposal.
- Only your team sees them.
Step by step
- At the top left, switch to Inventory.
- In the left menu, click Others, then click New Product.
- Choose the path:
- Click Create.
- Fill in the details:
- Save.
- After saving, set up pricing, fees, eligibility, availability, and visibility from the product's tabs.
Tips and common issues
- For one-time services (like a fee), use the Quantity pricing model.
- These products are private to your team, so students and schools do not see them as your own.
