How to create other products

Last updated: May 7, 2026

Agencies can create their own private services and add-ons at the campuses of any school they're connected to — airport pickup, registration fees, custom meal plans, and similar. Products created this way are private to your team. Schools and other agencies cannot see them.

"Other" products are services and add-ons — anything that isn't a program, accommodation, or insurance. Common examples: airport pickup, registration fees, visa support, document translation, custom meal plans.

As an agency, you create them in two situations:

  • Linked to a school's campus you're connected to on Edvisor. Useful when the school's catalog doesn't include a service you want to quote — for example, your own airport pickup arrangement scoped to a particular school.
  • Without linking any school. This is how agencies typically manage their own services: airport pickup, registration fees, visa support, document translation, or any one-time fee or add-on you offer directly. Also useful for products belonging to schools not on Edvisor.

Either way, products you create as an agency are private to your team.
