Campus Profile: Configure > Campus Profile. 8 sections: banner+social, 5 highlights (150c each), description+video+images (1000c), location, amenities, nationality mix, awards, translations. Multi-campus schools edit each separately.

The Campus Profile is what agencies and prospective students see when they encounter the school on Edvisor.

Where to edit

Configure > Campus Profile in the left navigation panel.

For schools with multiple campuses, configure each separately. Switch between them via the campus name dropdown at the top left.

What to include

  1. Banner image and social media. Click Edit. Follow the image guidelines for sizing.
  2. Highlights. Top 5 selling points. 150 characters each.
  3. Description, feature video, images. Up to 1,000 characters per campus. Upload media and embed a video.
  4. Location. Pulled from Campus Settings. If the map doesn't render, ensure the address is set as a Google-selected address.
  5. Amenities. Select all amenities available on the campus.
  6. Nationality mix. Show diversity by entering the breakdown of student nationalities.
  7. Awards and accreditations. Upload logos for awards, accreditations, partner organizations.
  8. Translations. See How to use translations on Edvisor.

Settings vs Profile

Profile = marketing-facing content (highlights, photos, amenities). For backend campus settings (name, address, contact info), use the main Settings menu (top right submenu).
