Sales pipelines (Settings → Recruitment → Pipeline): organize the student database, visible in the Students section. Add, edit, or duplicate pipelines as cards; build stages on the Stages tab and set office/role access on the Access tab. Can be office-specific or company-wide.
Sales pipelines organize the student database and standardize the sales process across the team.
How to access
Settings → Recruitment → Pipeline.
What pipelines do
- Organize the student database.
- Visible from the Students section of the platform.
- Standardize the sales process across team members.
The pipeline list
Each pipeline appears as a card showing whether it is company-wide or office-specific, who it is visible to, how many offices use it, its number of stages, and how many students are currently in it.
- Add a pipeline. Click + Add New Pipeline.
- Edit a pipeline. Click Edit on its card.
- Duplicate a pipeline. Click Duplicate to copy an existing pipeline as a starting point.
Editing a pipeline
The pipeline editor has two tabs:
- Stages. Name the pipeline and build its stages. Add a stage with + Add stage, drag stages to reorder, and click a stage to edit its checklist. Remove stages you no longer need.
- Access. Control where the pipeline applies. Use Add pipeline to offices to make it available to All offices or Selected offices, and Visible to to leave it open to All staff or limit it to Selected roles.
Click Save changes when you are done.
Office-specific or company-wide
On the Access tab, a pipeline can be specific to one office or available to all offices and team members. This is useful when offices have different sales workflows, or when standardizing across all offices.
