Office Settings: managing offices

Office Settings: Settings > Offices. Add via +Add New Office (name + currency). Edit by selecting from dropdown (name, address, phone, terms). Delete with option to migrate data to another office (irreversible). Ignore Payment/Notification settings (deprecated).
Manage office-specific information visible to students.
How to access
User icon (top right) > Settings > Offices.
Create a new office
- Click + Add New Office.
- Fill in:
- The new office appears in the office list.
Edit office information
- Select the office from the Settings for dropdown.
- Scroll down and update details: name, address, phone number, etc.
- Information appears on all quotations sent to students.
Terms and conditions added here are shown in applications.
Delete an office
- Select the office to remove.
- Scroll to the bottom > Remove Office.
- Choose to send all data to another office, or remove the entire office.
Warning. This action cannot be undone.
Note
Ignore the Payment and Notification settings within Office Settings — these are being deprecated.
