How to connect Edvisor to Fidelo

Connect Edvisor to Fidelo: request API key from Edvisor, install Edvisor app in Fidelo > Admin > External Apps, paste API key, select booking inbox, map schools, connect webhook. Bookings auto-flow with status sync. Agency auto-links by name (else marked [Edvisor]).
Integrate Edvisor with Fidelo, a comprehensive school management software, to sync bookings automatically.
What it does
- Bookings received in Edvisor automatically display in Fidelo.
- Real-time application status updates flow both ways.
- Invoices and documents created in Fidelo display in Edvisor.
Setup
1. Request API key from Edvisor
Fill out the Edvisor API key request form. Edvisor support sends the key.
2. Activate Edvisor in Fidelo
- Log in to Fidelo.
- Go to Admin > Administration > External Apps.
- Find and install the Edvisor app.
- Click the settings icon.
- Enter the private API key.
- Select the booking inbox where Edvisor bookings will appear.
- Save.
- Map Edvisor schools to Fidelo schools.
- Click Connect webhook.
How new bookings flow
- New Edvisor application = status Pending. Agency sees "Sent to School."
- Booking record sent to Fidelo.
- Status updates can be made from either platform; changes sync.
What to expect in Fidelo
- Agency auto-link. If a Fidelo agency has the same name as the Edvisor agency, it links automatically. Otherwise, a new Fidelo agency is created marked as
[Edvisor]. - Booked services. Visible in the first tab of the booking. Created as inactive entries in related tabs. Manually verify and activate the service.
- Notifications. New bookings show as system notifications and emails via Fidelo's event control.
