How to create email templates

Email templates: Settings > Company > Email > +New Template (Admin only). Title + subject + body + attachments. Use via Students > Send Email > Templates > select. Common types: onboarding, reminders, follow-up, thank-you, market-specific.
Reusable email templates save time and ensure consistency across student communications.
Permissions
Only users with Admin role can create email templates.
How to create
Settings > Company > Email > + New Template.
For each template:
- Title (internal identification).
- Email subject.
- Email body.
- Attachments (optional).
Edit or delete
- Click a template in the list to edit.
- Click the bin icon to delete.
How to use templates
Any user can use templates when sending emails to students.
- Go to Students in the right side menu.
- Select the student.
- Click Send Email > Templates.
- Select a template from the list.
- Double-check and customize specific details.
- Click Send.
When to create new templates
- Onboarding emails (welcome, account setup).
- Reminder emails (deadlines, upcoming dates).
- Follow-up emails (post-quote, post-application).
- Thank-you emails.
- Custom market-specific templates (per language or destination).
