How to create accommodation at a connected school's campus

Agencies can create their own private accommodation listings at any school they're connected to on Edvisor. Use this when the school's catalog is missing an accommodation option you need to quote (a specific homestay, residence, or hostel). Listings created this way are private to your team — schools and other agencies cannot see them.

As an agency, you can create your own accommodation listings at the campuses of any school you're connected to. Useful when the school's catalog is missing an accommodation option you need to quote (a specific homestay, residence, or hostel).

Accommodations you create this way are private to your team. The school cannot see them. Other agencies cannot see them.

How to create

  1. Go to Inventory → Accommodation.
  2. Click New Accommodation in the top right. The Create New Accommodation modal opens.
  3. In the Provider field, type at least 3 characters of the campus name and pick the campus you want the accommodation to belong to.
  4. Click Create. The new accommodation form opens.
  5. Fill in the accommodation details:
  6. Click Save.

The accommodation inherits the currency of the campus you selected.

What's next

After saving, the accommodation opens in a fuller editor where you configure pricing, fees, eligibility, availability, photos, and visibility.
