Package start dates and validity

Package dates: 3 start date options (School Calendar, Each Offering, Custom). Valid time frame: by booking made + by start date. Toggle Visibility in top right when ready to make available to partner agencies.

Start dates

Three options accessed via Start dates > Edit:

• Use School Calendar. Follows the dates configured under Configure > School Calendar. Review school calendar settings before selecting.
• Use Start Date Set In Each Offering. Uses the start dates already defined for each course or accommodation in Products & Add-Ons. Best when reusing existing offerings.
• Enter Custom Start Dates. Manually select dates from a calendar for both course and accommodation.

Valid time frame

Two conditions:

• By booking made. Period when the package can be booked.
• By start date. Period when the package can begin.

Make package visible

Final step: open Visibility in the top right corner and toggle on. The package now appears to partner agencies.
