How to create a program for a connected school
Last updated: May 7, 2026
Agencies can create their own private version of a program at any school they're connected to on Edvisor. Use this when the school's catalog doesn't include the program you need to quote, or when you want a custom version for your own use. Programs created this way are private to your team — schools and other agencies cannot see them.
As an agency, you can create your own programs at the campuses of any school you're connected to. This is useful when:
- The school's published catalog doesn't include the program you need.
- You want a custom version (different price, different details) for your own quoting.
Programs you create this way are private to your team. The school cannot see them. Other agencies cannot see them.
How to create
- Go to Inventory → Programs.
- Click New Program in the top right. The Create New Program modal opens.
- In the Provider field, type at least 3 characters of the campus name and pick the campus you want the program to belong to.
- Click Create. The new program form opens.
- Fill in the program details:
- Click Save.
The program inherits the currency and location (city) of the campus you selected, so you don't set either.
What's next
After saving, the program opens in a fuller editor where you configure pricing, fees, eligibility, availability, photos, and visibility. Some Types (Higher Education, K-12, Pathway) ask for additional fields once you pick them.
