How to create accommodation for a campus you own

Last updated: May 7, 2026

When schools create and publish accommodation at a campus they own, every connected agency can search it, build proposals with it, and submit bookings. A single update on your end flows to every agency network without a flurry of emails or PDFs. Accommodations are created with visibility off so you can finish setup before going live.

Before you start

Accommodations always belong to a campus. If you have multiple campuses, decide which one this accommodation belongs to. Currency comes from that campus. Location (city) is set per accommodation, since accommodation can be off-site from the campus.

How to create

  1. Go to Inventory → Accommodation.
  2. Click New Accommodation in the top right. The Create New Accommodation modal opens.
  3. In the Provider field, type at least 3 characters of your campus name and pick the campus.
  4. Click Create. The new accommodation form opens.
  5. Fill in the accommodation details:
  6. Click Save.

The accommodation inherits the currency of the campus you selected.

Visibility — going live

Accommodations are created with visibility off by default. While visibility is off, the accommodation does not appear in any agency's search and cannot be added to proposals.

Use this draft state to finish setup — pricing, fees, dates — before going live. When you're ready, toggle visibility on. The accommodation becomes immediately searchable and bookable by every agency connected to your school.
