How to create accommodation for a campus you own
Last updated: August 5, 2026
When schools create and publish accommodation at a campus they own, every connected agency can search it, build proposals with it, and submit bookings. A single update on your end flows to every agency network without a flurry of emails or PDFs. Accommodations are created with visibility off so you can finish setup before going live.
This article shows schools how to add accommodation for a campus they own. Once it is set up and visible, connected agencies can search for it and add it to proposals.
What it is
As a school, you can add accommodation (homestay, residence, and so on) linked to a campus you own. It works like a program: create it, fill in the details, set pricing and dates, then turn on Visibility.
Why it matters
- Agencies can add your accommodation to proposals together with your programs.
- You keep the details and pricing accurate in one place.
Before you start
Make sure the campus is set up under My Campuses, since you will pick it as the provider.
Step by step
- At the top left, switch to Inventory.
- In the left menu, click Accommodation, then click New Accommodation.
- In the Provider field, type at least 3 characters of the campus name and pick it from the list.
- Click Create.
- Fill in the accommodation details:
- Save.
- After saving, set up pricing, start dates, and eligibility from the accommodation's tabs.
- When it is ready, turn on Visibility so connected agencies can search and book it.
Tips and common issues
- Visibility is off by default, so finish the setup first, then turn it on.
- The currency comes from the campus.
- Set the Location on each accommodation, since it can differ from the campus city.
