How to create a course

Create a course in Edvisor Distribute: Products & Add-ons > New > Course. Set basic settings (name, category, description), additional settings (durations, ages, English level, date limits), then enable visibility to partner agencies.
Courses are created from Products & Add-ons > + New Products or Add-ons > Course.
1. Basic settings
- Course Name (shown to students on proposals).
- Course Category.
- Course Description.
Save, then move to additional settings.
2. Additional settings
- Minimum and maximum course duration.
- Minimum and maximum student age.
- English level requirement.
- Limit availability by date (study must start and end within range).
Example: General English (20 H/W), ages 16-45, 2-52 weeks, beginners onwards.
3. Make it visible
Final step: open Visibility in the top right corner of the course settings and click to make the course visible to partner agencies.
Once visible, courses appear in agency searches and quotes.
