How to add new students to your Edvisor database

Learn how to create a new student on Edvisor

From the Students section of your Edvisor account, you can manage everything related to your students. This section also allows you to add new students to your database.

You can add new students one by one, or import a large database of students from a document.

How to Add New Students Individually

  1. Click on the + Add Student button at the top of the screen.

  2. Fill out the student form. You need to input the student's name, email address, nationality, and current location. You can also assign the student to yourself or one of your counselors.

  3. Then click the "Save" button and system will automatically generate the student's profile.

Once the student is created on the platform, the system will automatically open their student profile where you can complete the student's information.

ℹ️ The information you entered during the creation process will already be added to the student's profile.
