Student profile tabs: Goals + Studies (country, duration, budget, current and past programs), Quotes + Invoices (auto-populates after first quote/invoice), Files (passports, visas, invoices, LoAs — max 5MB per file).
Three tabs for tracking student lifecycle and documents.
Goals + Studies tab
Student Goals. Stores study planning details:
- Country to study in.
- Duration of studies.
- Budget.
- Hours per week.
- Accommodation start date.
Current and Past Studies. Once the student is applying to specific programs, store that information here. Links to personal reminders set in personal settings.
Quotes + Invoices tab
Displays all quotes and invoices related to the student. Empty until the first quote or invoice is created.
When a quote or invoice is sent, it appears here automatically.
Files tab
Unlimited document storage:
- Passports.
- Visas.
- Invoices.
- Letters of Acceptance (LoAs).
- Other student documents.
File size limit. Each document must be under 5MB.
