Student profile: Information tab

Student profile Information tab: Student Information (gender, phone, birthdate, address, nationality, passport number, current passport, visa expiry date, visa country, visa type), Custom Fields (admin-created in Settings → Offices), Secondary Contacts (parents, custodians, family).

The Information tab is the foundational data section of the student profile.

Student Information

Pre-populated from creation. Complete the student's details, including:

  • Gender.
  • Phone number.
  • Date of birth.
  • Home address, home city, and postal/zip code.
  • Nationality.
  • Passport number.
  • Current passport — for a student with more than one passport, record which one they are currently using.
  • Visa expiry date.
  • Visa country.
  • Student visa type.

Custom Fields

Edvisor includes pre-created fields common to international education agencies. Admins can create additional custom fields specific to the agency.

Examples: lead sources, language levels, education levels.

Custom fields are managed in Settings → Offices.

Secondary Contacts

Store information about people connected to the student:

  • Parents.
  • Custodians.
  • Other family members.
  • Friends or sponsors.

Keeps all relevant contacts accessible from the student profile.
