Filtering and searching students

Filter students via Filters (Agents, Nationality, Current Country, Current/Past Program, Current/Past Schools, Tags, Office, etc). Search bar finds students by name, email, or ID across the entire database (any view). Filter for groups, Search for specific students.

Filters

1. Click Filters at the top of the Students view.
2. Choose what to filter by. Options include Agents, Nationality, Current Country, Home City, Starred, Tags, Office, Current Program, Past Program, Current Schools, and Past Schools.
3. Combine filters to narrow the list.

Filters keep the active view but restrict it to matching students.

Search bar

Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find a specific student by name, email, or ID.

The search looks across the entire database, regardless of the active view (so a student in a pipeline shows up even from the All view).

When to use which

• Filter for browsing groups (for example, all students whose current country is Brazil, or everyone in a given program).
• Search for finding a specific known student.
