Filtering and searching students

Filter students via Filter List (counselor, nationality, dates, etc). Search bar at top finds students by name across entire database (any view). Filter for groups, Search for specific students.

Filter list
- Click Filter List at the top of the Students view.
- Select fields to filter by (counselor, nationality, start dates, etc).
- Apply combinations to narrow the list.
Filters keep the active view but restrict it to matching students.
Search bar
Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find a specific student by name.
The search bar looks across the entire database, regardless of the active view (so a student in a pipeline shows up even from the All view).
When to use which
- Filter for browsing groups (e.g. all Brazilian students assigned to a counselor).
- Search for finding a specific known student.
