Sales Reporting Tool: dashboard charts

Sales Dashboard charts: Sales Over Time, Quote-to-Sales Conversion %, Sales by Program Type, Destination, Counselor, School. Each has View Report for filters (office/counselor/campus/program). Date comparison enables period-over-period analysis (QoQ, YoY).

The Sales report breaks your data into a set of charts. Each chart has a View Report option that opens detailed filters, and all charts support date comparison, so you can compare one period to another (for example, this quarter vs. last quarter, or year over year).

Sales over time

The number of sales and their total value over the selected period. Click View Report to filter by office, counsellor, or campus.

Sales Value (USD)

The total value of the sales in the selected period.

Quote to Sales Conversion

The percentage of quotes that turned into sales. View it daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Filter by office, counsellor, campus, or program type.

Average Conversion Time (Days)

How long, on average, it takes to move from quote to sale.

Sale Items by Program Type

Total sales for each program type (for example, General English, Work & Study, Exam Prep). Use View Report to filter by date range, office, counsellor, or campus, and to see sales value (USD), average weeks sold, total weeks sold, and count per program type.

Sales by Destination

The number of sales by destination country, plus growth or decline vs. the previous period (if comparison is on). Use View Report to filter by office, counsellor, campus, or program type.

Sales by Counsellor

The number of sales completed by your top counsellors in the selected range. With date comparison on, it also shows growth or decline per counsellor. Use View Report to see all counsellor data, total sales, weeks sold, and sales value (USD).

Sales by School

Your top-selling schools with their sales count. Use View Report to filter by office, counsellor, or program type.

Sales by Campus

Your top-selling campuses with their sales count.
