The Inventory Dashboard is the home screen of Inventory mode. It gives you a quick overview of all your products — programs, accommodations, insurance, and other products — plus shortcuts to create new items and a list of your campuses. It is the starting point for managing everything you sell.
What it is
The Inventory Dashboard is the first screen you see when you open Inventory mode. In one place it shows how much inventory you have, quick links to the most common actions, and your campuses.
Why it matters
- See your inventory at a glance. You know how many programs, accommodations, insurance products, and other products you have without opening each section.
- Act faster. Shortcuts let you create a new item in one click, instead of searching through the menu.
- Start in the right place. It is the natural home base for day-to-day inventory work.
Before you start
- You need access to Inventory mode.
- Your account can switch between two modes: Recruiting and Inventory. This article covers Inventory.
Step by step
1. Open the dashboard
- Log in to Edvisor.
- At the top left, click Inventory to switch to Inventory mode.
- In the left menu, click Home. The Inventory Dashboard opens.

2. Read your inventory summary
Under Your Inventory you see four cards with the total number of items in each category: Programs, Accommodations, Insurance, Other Products. Click View on any card to open the full list for that category.

3. Create items with Quick Links
Under Quick Links, click a shortcut to start creating a new item: Create Program, Create Accommodation, Create Other Products, or Add School.

4. Review your campuses
Under Your Campuses you see one card per campus. Use the arrows on the right to move through the list. Click View Profile to open a campus.

Tips and common issues
- If you see Recruiting content instead of your inventory, check that the toggle at the top left is set to Inventory.
- The numbers on the cards update automatically as you add or remove items.
- To go straight to a section, use the left menu: Programs, Accommodation, Others, Packages, Insurance, Promotion Manager, Offers & Scholarships.
