Sales Reporting Tool: overview

Sales Reporting: Reporting > Sales. Shows real conversion data (vs Quotes report = interest/demand). Total sales + USD value, conversion time, by program/destination/school/counselor. Use for performance management, trends, partnership decisions. Pair with Quotes Report for full funnel.
When a student accepts a quote and starts trip preparation, it becomes a Sale. The Sales Report shows real data on what was actually sold (vs. the Quotes Report which shows interest and demand).
How to access
Reporting > Sales in the Edvisor dashboard.
What it shows
- Total sales created and value (USD).
- Average conversion time (quote-to-sale duration).
- Sales by program type, destination, school, campus.
- Team performance (sales by counselor).
- Period-over-period comparisons.
Use cases
- Identify top destinations and program types.
- Reward top counselors based on data.
- Track conversion velocity.
- Spot trends month over month.
- Plan inventory and partnerships based on what sells.
Difference from Quotes Reporting
