What are Packages?
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Packages bundle course + accommodation + add-ons + fees at one price. Created via Packages > +New Package. Each component can use existing offerings or be defined exclusively for the package. Multiple courses/accommodations/add-ons supported.
A package bundles a program with accommodation, add-ons, and fees at one price. This article explains what a package is, what it can contain, and when to use one.
What it is
A package is a ready-made bundle you sell at a single price. Instead of adding each item to a proposal one by one, you offer the whole set together. You manage packages under Inventory > Packages.
Why it matters
- Students see one clear price instead of many line items.
- Agents build proposals faster with a bundle that is ready to go.
- You can offer standard combinations and special bonus deals.
What a package can contain
- Program — an existing program or an exclusive one made just for the package. You can add more than one.
- Accommodation — an existing option or a custom one, matched to the program length or set to a custom duration.
- Add-ons — one or more, shown as included.
- Fees — existing fees or custom ones, such as Material, Registration, Exam, or Health Insurance.
When to use a package
- Bundle a program with accommodation at one price.
- Include standard add-ons every student needs.
- Offer an exclusive or bonus package to stand out.
