Each insurance provider has its own processing times. The platform shows these in multiple places to help set expectations.
Where to see processing times
- In search results. Tag indicates processing type per provider.
- In a provider's profile. Click the provider's name for exact times.
- During booking. Reminder shown while booking.
- Inside an active booking. Reminder while the booking is processing.
- In amendment requests. Visibility of amendment processing times.
