How to manage your insurance providers

View, manage, and update sales prices for connected insurance providers.

How to access

From the top bar menu, click Manage Providers > Manage Insurance Providers.

What you'll see

A list of all connected insurance providers, with for each:

• Total bookings made.
• Date of last booking.
• Estimated revenue.

Adding more providers

Schedule a meeting with the account manager to negotiate new rates. Approved providers will then appear on the platform.

Drill into a provider

Click a provider's name to see all their products, including:

• Type of coverage offered.
• Commission rate.
• Whether markup is allowed.

Manage sales prices (markup)

For a specific product:

1. Click the product name.
2. Find the Markup section.
3. Click Percentage.
4. Enter the % increase to apply.
5. Profit section auto-updates.
6. Click Update.

Why use markup

Increases sales price beyond the provider's net rate. Margin between net price and student-facing price is the agency's profit on top of the standard commission.
