How to create a program
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Programs are the core unit of inventory on Edvisor — the courses, degrees, and classes you quote, sell, and book. There are three paths to creating one, depending on whether you're an agency or a school and where the program comes from. This page is the entry point.
A program is the core unit of inventory on Edvisor. Whether you're an agency placing students or a school recruiting them, you create programs the same way: from Inventory → Programs, by clicking New Program in the top right.
Pick the article that matches your situation
- You're an agency. Programs you create are private to your team. You can create them linked to a school's campus you're connected to on Edvisor, or without linking any school.
- You're a school. Programs you create at a campus you own become available to every connected agency once you publish.
Whichever path you take, the program details form looks the same. After saving, you configure pricing, fees, eligibility, availability, and visibility in the program editor.
