How to add custom links to the Agency Portal

Add custom links to Agency Portal: Agency Portal section > Custom Links > Add Link > URL + Title > Save. Edit/delete via 3-dot menu. Common uses: school website, apps, shared folders. Appear in Agency Portal left nav bar.

Custom links act as quick-access points to the school's most-used resources for agencies (school website, apps, shared resource folders).

How to add

  1. Log in to your Edvisor account.
  2. Click Agency Portal in the left navigation bar.
  3. Scroll to the Custom Links section.
  4. Click Add Link.
  5. Enter URL and Title.
  6. Click Save.

The Title is what displays to users in the Agency Portal navigation, so make it clear and descriptive.

How to edit or delete

All custom links appear in the Custom Links section.

  • Click the 3-dot icon next to a link.
  • Choose Edit or Delete.

Common uses

  • Direct link to the school's website.
  • Specialized apps (e.g. CRM portal).
  • Shared resource folders (Google Drive, Dropbox).

Where they appear

In the left navigation bar of the Agency Portal.
