How to create your Agency Portal URL

Edvisor generates the Agency Portal URL automatically based on the account — schools do not choose or enter it. Find it under Edvisor > Agency Portal, copy it exactly as shown, and share it with agencies. It cannot be changed to a custom address. Requires the Agency Portal to be activated on the account.

Your Agency Portal URL is the web address agencies use to reach your portal. Edvisor generates this URL automatically based on your account — you do not type, choose, or invent one. You only need to make sure the portal is active, find the URL, and share it with your agencies.

What is the Agency Portal URL?

The Agency Portal URL is a unique link to your school's portal. Agencies use it to view your programs, prices, and promotions, and to send you applications. Always use it exactly as it appears on the platform.

Prerequisite

The Agency Portal must be activated on the Edvisor account. Submit the activation request form first — see What is the Agency Portal?

How to find and activate your Agency Portal URL

  1. Log in to Edvisor.
  2. Go to Agency Portal in the main menu. (If it is not visible, contact your account manager.)
  3. Your Agency Portal URL is shown on the page. Edvisor creates this link automatically — use it exactly as it appears.
  4. Copy the URL as shown on the platform.
  5. Share the URL with the agencies you want to connect with.

Good to know

  • The URL is generated by Edvisor and cannot yet be changed to a custom address. Schools do not choose or enter their own URL.
  • Always copy and share the URL exactly as it appears on the platform.
  • The URL stays available in the same place (Edvisor > Agency Portal), so you can copy it at any time to share with agents or embed on the school's website.
  • If you don't see your Agency Portal, check that your plan includes it, or contact support.
