How to access your Agency Portal as an agency

Schools can open their own Agency Portal as an agent would, to check how pricing and promotions display and to train their team. Log out of Edvisor first (or use a different browser) or you may be redirected. First time: Sign Up Here with a different email, then verify. If the school already has an agency account, ask the admin to invite you rather than signing up again.

Schools can open their own Agency Portal the same way an agent would. This is useful for checking how your pricing and promotions look to agents, and for training your team.

Prerequisite

Your Agency Portal URL must already be set up. Edvisor generates it automatically — see How to create your Agency Portal URL.

Important: log out first

Log out of your Edvisor account before opening the Agency Portal, or use a different browser. If you stay logged in, the system may redirect you and you will not see the agent view.

Two ways to access

First time (Sign Up)

  1. Open your Agency Portal URL.
  2. Click Sign Up Here.
  3. Use a different email than the one on your Edvisor account.
  4. Verify your email using the link you receive.
  5. Log in with the new details.

If you already have an agency account (Log In)

If your school already has an agency account, ask the account admin to invite you as a user. Do not sign up separately — that creates a duplicate account.
