How to access your Agency Portal as an agency

Access Agency Portal as an agency: log out of Distribute first. First-time = Sign Up with different email + verify. Existing account = ask admin to invite. Use to verify pricing display and during agent training.

Schools should access their own Agency Portal as an agency would, to verify pricing accuracy and use it during agent training.

Prerequisite

Unique Agency Portal URL must be set up. See How to create your Agency Portal URL.

Important

Log out of the Edvisor account before accessing the Agency Portal, or use a different browser. Otherwise, the system may redirect.

Two access flows

First-time access (Sign Up)

  1. Open the Agency Portal URL.
  2. Click Sign Up Here.
  3. Use a different email than the one on the Edvisor account.
  4. Verify email via the link sent.
  5. Log in with the new credentials.

Existing agency account (Log In)

If the school already has an agency account, ask the account admin to invite as a user. Don't sign up separately — it duplicates the account.

Why use this

  • Verify how pricing displays to agents.
  • Use as the primary resource during agent training.
  • Catch any discrepancies in promotion or pricing display.
