Getting Started — Agency Setup
Last updated: May 6, 2026
Step-by-step agency onboarding: company info, connect with schools, insurance setup, payments setup, invite team. 10 minutes to complete.
Welcome to Edvisor! This guide walks you through setting up your agency account. It takes about 10 minutes.
Step 1: Company Information
After signing up, you'll see the setup wizard. Fill in your company details:
- Upload your company logo
- Company name, address, city, province/state, country
- Phone number, email address, website
Then fill in your recruitment information:
- Countries you recruit from
- Countries you send students to
- Program types you sell (Language, Higher Education, Junior Programs, High School)
- Partnerships point of contact (name, email, phone)
This information helps schools find and evaluate your agency on the platform.

Step 2: Connect with Schools
Browse and connect with schools whose programs you want to quote and sell. You can search by destination, program type, or school name. Requesting a connection is like sending a LinkedIn request — the school needs to accept before you can see their pricing.
You can also skip this step and connect with schools later.

Step 3: Set Up Insurance
Connect your insurance settings so you can quote and book student insurance directly inside Edvisor. Insurance options include Guard.me, StudyInsured, TerraWind, and OSHC providers for Australia.

Step 5: Invite Your Team
Add team members to your account. Each user gets their own login. Assign roles to control what each person can access.
