How to report a pricing error

Last updated: May 6, 2026

Report pricing error: 3 paths. (1) From search: Report Price Error tag below price. (2) From quote: Edit option > Report Pricing Error. (3) Post-sale (already paid): use Customer Pricing Issue Form (opens support ticket). Most resolved in 24h, complex cases 3 days. More reports = better platform accuracy.

Report suspected pricing errors to maintain accurate pricing across the platform.

Three ways to report

1. From course search

  1. Locate the Report Price Error tag below the affected price in search results.
  2. Click it.
  3. Fill out the form with details: expected vs. displayed price, applicable promotions, other relevant details.
  4. Submit.

2. From a quote

  1. Open the quote.
  2. Click Edit on the quote option with the incorrect price.
  3. Find the Report Pricing Error tag in the quote editor.
  4. Click and submit details.

3. From a paid invoice (post-sale)

If payment has already been made, the in-platform tool isn't available. Use the special form instead:

Customer Pricing Issue Form — opens a support ticket so the team can investigate and correct funds.

What happens after submission

  • Report goes directly to operations team.
  • Most cases resolved within 24 hours.
  • Cases requiring investigation: up to 3 working days.
  • Support may contact the agency by email for additional info or resolution updates.

Why reporting matters

More reports = better pricing accuracy across the platform. Benefits schools, agents, and students.
