Tracking your sales correctly is essential ,not only to use tools like the
Student Portal, payments, reminders, and document exchange, but also to access powerful analytics that help you manage your business.

Unlike the Quotes dashboard, which shows interest and demand, Sales Reports give you real data on what was actually sold.

What can you do with Sales reports?

  • See sales created and their value (USD)
  • Track average conversion time (how long it takes to move from quote to sale)
  • Understand what’s selling by program type, destination, school, and campus
  • Monitor team performance (sales by counselor)
  • Compare sales activity over time to identify trends
