Tracking your sales correctly is essential ,not only to use tools like the Student Portal, payments, reminders, and document exchange, but also to access powerful analytics that help you manage your business.
Unlike the Quotes dashboard, which shows interest and demand, Sales Reports give you real data on what was actually sold.
What can you do with Sales reports?
- See sales created and their value (USD)
- Track average conversion time (how long it takes to move from quote to sale)
- Understand what’s selling by program type, destination, school, and campus
- Monitor team performance (sales by counselor)
- Compare sales activity over time to identify trends
Where to find the Sales report
- Go to
Reporting
in your Edvisor dashboard. - Select
Sales
from the dropdown menu. - You’ll land on the Sales Overview Dashboard.
Understanding the main dashboard
Your Sales Dashboard shows key metrics like total sales, conversion rates, and top-performing programs, destinations, schools, and counselors. Giving you a clear view of your business performance at a glance.

Sales Over Time A line chart showing how many sales were made and the total value in your selected period. 💡 Click |

Quote-to-Sales Conversion Shows the percentage of quotes that turned into sales and the average conversion time (in days). 💡 You can view this data daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly, and filter by office, counselor, campus, or program type for deeper insights. Click |

Sales Items by Program Type This report shows the total number of sales for each program type (e.g., General English, Work & Study, Exam Prep). 💡 Click

Sales by Destination On the dashboard, this report shows the number of sales by destination and the growth or decline compared to a previous period (if you use the date comparison feature). 💡 Click
