The steps to send us your booking requests for multiple students or groups are simple:
- Open the Insurance Bookings Template document, click on File and make a copy.
- In your newly created copy, enter the tab of your chosen provider and provide the information requested in all columns.
- Once finished, save the document as a CSV file.
- Complete the Booking Request Form and upload your CSV file.
- Submit your insurance booking request.
Processing Times
We always aim to process booking requests as quickly as possible. The average processing times are:
- 100 or less students: 24 hours
- 200 or more: 48 hours
Please note that insurance booking requests must be sent at least 48 hours before the start date of the earliest policy.
The processing times indicated above apply from 9 am to 5 pm Central Time, Monday to Friday. Any requests received on a Friday after 5 pm Central Time will be processed the following Monday.
