From potential client to client. From being a client to renewing your visa. The student's pipeline is all the stages that the student must go through to start studying and obtain their visa. Once they finish their studies, the trip is restarted, since now they can renew their visas.
Edvisor Recruit manages the entire student`s journey. This is done by a function called "Pipeline". The sales process is, essentially, every step that the student must follow to obtain their visa. These steps are fully customizable.
The default steps used in Edvisor Recruit are:
- Request for information received;
- Advice;
- Quote sent;
- Application;
- Waiting LOO;
- Pending payment;
- Waiting for COE;
- Apply for a visa;
- Waiting for visa requirements;
- Waiting for visa;
- Visa granted;
- Course in progress.
This may vary depending on what was set up on your account. In fact, it may be completely different, but the same concepts apply.
