How to make corporate payments to EdWallet (top-up funds)

Corporate payments let agencies transfer funds from a company bank account to EdWallet, ensuring sufficient balance to pay partner schools on behalf of students.

When to use

• Need to pre-fund EdWallet to cover an upcoming payout to a school.
• Want to consolidate funds before sending to providers.

Phase 1: Create a corporate profile

1. Go to Settings > Corporate Profiles.
2. Click + Create new profile.
3. Provide: address, country, phone number.

Phase 2: Initiate the payment

1. Click New Transaction > Corporate Payment.
2. Enter: amount, invoice number, school provider name.
3. Choose payment method.

For most countries, Bank Account is recommended (most cost-effective).

1. EdWallet provides bank details for a local bank to deposit into.
2. After making the payment, upload the payment receipt to consolidate funds.
