Search through all courses and programs from connected education providers. Find the right program for your student in seconds.

Searching for courses and programs

How to access

Search > Courses in the left-side menu.

4 program type categories

  • Languages
  • Higher Education
  • Juniors
  • High School

Each has different filters tailored to the program type.

Entering search criteria

Enter your search criteria:

  • Education type — Language, Higher Education, Vocational, K-12, Junior, Work Programs
  • Location — a country, city, or specific school
  • Subject — English, Marketing, Business, or any keyword
  • Dates — when the student wants to start and how long they want to study
  • Student details — nationality, age, current location, visa type (used to check eligibility and calculate accurate pricing)

Common search criteria

  • Destination. Multiple countries or cities (select from list or type names).
  • Provider. Specific providers, or leave blank for all.
  • Student information. Nationality, current location (onshore/offshore), age.

Type-specific filters

Language and Junior programs:

  • Duration (minimum weeks).
  • Start date (essential for accurate pricing, summer supplements, promotions).

Higher Education programs:

  • Type: Vocational, Pathway/Foundations, Postgraduate, Undergraduate.
  • Discipline: varies by type (Law, Hospitality, Business, etc).

Run the search

Click Search to view results matching all criteria.

Reading results

Results are grouped by school. Each result shows the program name, duration, and price in the school's currency. You can also view prices in a second currency for easy comparison.

Sort options:

  • Popularity (programs most often added to proposals first)
  • Top Schools first (your preferred partners)
  • Price (lowest or highest first)

Filter options: price range, hours per week, destination, campus, education type, subject, delivery method (in-person, online, hybrid), duration, English level requirements, scholarships, intake dates.

Adding programs to a proposal

Select one or more programs from the results, then click Create Proposal or Add to Existing Proposal. Each selected program becomes an option the student can choose from.

Favorites and Top Schools

Mark programs as favorites (heart icon) to find them quickly on the search homepage. Set Top Schools in your company settings to see their programs highlighted at the top of search.

Searching for onshore prices

For students already at the destination (e.g. extending visas), specify onshore in the search to access correct prices and promotions.

Definitions

  • Onshore. Students are already at the destination where they will study. Common when extending a visa.
  • Offshore. Students are in their home country and will travel to study.

How to set

  1. Open Search > Courses as usual.
  2. Click the Student Information field (last field in the search bar).
  3. Set:

Why it matters

Many schools offer different prices and promotions for onshore vs. offshore students. Wrong selection = wrong price.

Save as default

If onshore searches are common for the agency, save the nationality and location as defaults to skip this step on every search.
