How to create an add-on

Create an add-on: Products & Add-ons > Add-on > +Add. Set name, description, pricing (Simple/Flexible/Fixed/One Time). Save as price template for reuse. Toggle visibility for partners.

Add-ons are extra services (e.g. airport transfer, lessons) that can attach to courses.

Steps

  1. Go to Products & Add-ons > Add-on tab > + Add Products or Add-ons > Add-on.
  2. Enter:

Pricing options

Edit > Enter custom prices.

  • Simple pricing. Per week/month/year, same regardless of duration.
  • Flexible pricing. Tiered by duration range.
  • Fixed pricing. Specific durations only.
  • One Time. Per unit (e.g. 1 lesson, one-way airport transfer).

For reusable add-ons, check Save as a price template for the future use and name it (e.g. "2026 Airport Transfer one way").

Make it visible

Go to Visibility and toggle on to make the add-on available to partners.
