How to set up your EdWallet account

EdWallet setup after account creation: configure currency accounts (Balance > Create new), add company bank account (Bank Accounts > Company), integrate with Edvisor (auto) and EdCommerce (manual).
After creating an account, configure currencies, bank details, and integrations.
1. Set up currency accounts
EdWallet supports unlimited currencies, but only those you regularly use should be enabled.
- Go to Settings > Balance.
- Click Create new currency account.
- Select currencies to enable.
2. Add bank details
Link company bank accounts for receiving payments and withdrawing funds.
- Go to Bank Accounts > Company Accounts.
- Click Create New Bank Account > Company Account.
- Enter country, main currency, and bank account details.
- Refresh — the account appears under Company Accounts, pending validation.
3. Integrate with Edvisor and EdCommerce
- EdCommerce. Set up directly via the EdCommerce settings.
- Edvisor. The Edvisor team handles this automatically once your EdWallet account is created.
