Understanding your EdWallet account

EdWallet platform sections: Balance (currencies and funds), Student Payments (incoming), Wallet (Transactions/Payouts), Bank Accounts (Company/External), Settings (currencies, integrations, users).

EdWallet's main sections and what each does.

Balance

Dashboard showing all enabled currencies and available funds in each.

Student Payments

All requested and processed incoming payments. Each entry shows:

• Amount
• Status
• Source

Wallet

• Transactions. All transfers from wallet to bank account.
• Payouts. All payments sent to providers or other entities.

Bank Accounts

• Company Accounts. Manage agency's own bank accounts.
• External Accounts. Manage external accounts (e.g. providers').

Settings

• Add new currency accounts.
• Integrate EdWallet with Edvisor and EdCommerce.
• Manage users.
