How to add new users to your EdWallet account

EdWallet user invitation: only Super Admin/Owner can invite. Settings > Users > Invite New User. Two roles: Super Admin (full + user management) and Admin (everything except invites). Super Admin can also track invites, change usernames, recover passwords.

Invite team members to access EdWallet.

Permission rule

Only the Super Admin / Owner can invite new users.

Steps

  1. Log in to EdWallet.
  2. Go to Settings > Users.
  3. Click Invite New User.
  4. Fill in: a username (changeable later) and the user's email address.
  5. Click Send Invitation.

The user receives an email invite. They click the link, set a password, and accept the invitation.

  • See active users
  • Change usernames
  • Recover passwords
